"I was contacted by Richard Anderson in Ron Bush’s office. Richard had called me more than once to see if the State Farm rate could beat the one I had. This time it was the better price. I also reminded him about the way I was treated by State Farm 8 years ago after being a customer for over 30 years. That agent didn’t even explain why State Farm cancelled my policy! And I told Richard I expected better service if I switched my business. He has been very good answering questions and took time to explain things that I had questions about! If you want a one of a kind insurance person Richard Anderson is the one I recommend!"

"Richard Anderson is my contact at the agency and the service he provided was exceptional. I was concerned about the fact my current insurer was raising my rates on 3 vehicles and renters insurance monthly, coverage that started out around #350 was now almost $600 per month! Richard responded quickly to a request I made on line to check other rates, and for the exact same coverage was able to save me almost $200 per month.
Not only was he able to help me save money, but he worked with me explaining the S&S savings I could add to help and has followed up to make sure we are happy with our interaction. I would recommend him unequivocably."
